Ezhamkulam Grama Panchayat secured Second Place in the District-Level Ardra Keralam Award 2020–21, which is presented to Gram Panchayats that have implemented health sector projects in the most effective manner. The Hon'ble Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, honored the Panchayat representatives by presenting them with a Certificate of Appreciation, a cash award of ₹3 lakh, and a trophy.
In 2021–22, Ezhamkulam Grama Panchayat again received recognition by securing Third Place in the District-Level Ardra Keralam Award. The Panchayat representatives received a Certificate of Appreciation, a cash award of ₹2 lakh, and a trophy.
In 2023–24, Ezhamkulam Grama Panchayat achieved First Place in the District-Level Ardra Keralam Award for Excellence in the Health Sector in Pathanamthitta district, demonstrating its outstanding performance in implementing health-related initiatives.
