Important Information:

  • Application Fee: ₹10 (Court Fee Stamp / Demand Draft / Cash Payment).
  • Applicants belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are exempted from the application fee upon submission of a valid BPL certificate.
  • Information will ordinarily be provided within 30 days of receiving the application.
  • If the requested information is not provided, or if the applicant is dissatisfied with the information received, a First Appeal may be filed before the Appellate Authority within 30 days.
